PURPOSE:To attain a miniature and inexpensive power supply device for an electronic circuit which uses an oscillation signal from an oscillator as an operation signal, by providing a rectifier circuit which is supplied with the oscillation signal from the oscillator, and converting the oscillation signal into a direct current to apply it to the electronic circuit as an operation power supply. CONSTITUTION:A rectifying circuit 9 contains a diode 10, a capacitor 11 and a diode 12 connected successively and in series and is connected between secondary windings of a transformer 8. The both-terminal voltage of the capacitor 11 is applied to a terminal in the form of an operation power supply of a modulating circuit 2. Thus the output OSC of an oscillator 7 is applied with half wave rectification by the functions of diodes 10 and 12 and then converted into a direct current. In this case, the secondary side of the transformer is connected to the control terminals of switching elements SW1 and SW2. Then the both- terminal voltage can be applied as the operation power supply of the circuit 2. In such a way, no use of another power supply, is required therefore, a miniature and an inexpensive structure for a power supply device of an electronic circuit is obtained. |
