Combination tool for successively drilling a hole and driving a fastening into the hole, consisting of a drilling unit (10, 14) which is to be detachably fastened to a driving-in unit (22/24, 28) by coupling devices (38, 40), the driving-in unit being able to be fastened to a rotary drive (36) and providing driving faces (22/24) for gripping the fastening, whereas the coupling device (38, 40) being arranged radially outside the driving faces (22/24) for gripping the fastening, in order to avoid a mutual interfering engagement with said driving faces, as a result of which the drilling unit (10, 14) is permitted to be coupled, preferably by a bayonet fixture, without first removing from the driving unit (22/24, 28) driving faces, formed on a detachable part (22), for gripping the fastening in external engagement. <IMAGE>
