Tie rods which interact with a stretching device at their free ends projecting out of the drilled hole are provided for the anchor support system. This device repeatedly deforms the anchor shank plastically beyond its yield point during loading. A flexible anchor is thereby formed which absorbs a uniform force over its linear extent.
