PURPOSE:To perform picture processing the short and long distance communication easily and rapidly by providing the titled device with a picture reading means, a means digitally processing an output from the picture reading means, a means editing the processed picture information, a short and long distance communication means, etc. CONSTITUTION:A picture read out by the picture reading means 500 is digitally processed by a picture processing means 100. A picture editing means 400 edits the processed picture information. An optical fiber interface 70 transmits digital information and the edited information to a near device and receives picture information transmitted from the near device. A DDX interface 60 transmits the digital information and the edited information to a remote device and receives the picture information transmitted from the remote device. |
