PURPOSE:To control deposit of sludge, by adding a compound containing a fluoroalkyl group (salt) to a lubricant system containing a specified polyalkylene glycol (derivative) to give a blend, treating the surface of a metal or ceramic with the blend, decomposing it thermally. CONSTITUTION:A lubricant comprising >=50wt% polyalkylene glycol (derivative) to decompose at >=150 deg.C, and (B) one or more compounds containing 3-20C fluoroalkyl group and a sulfonic acid or a carboxylic acid(salt) in the molecule is applied to the surface of a metal or ceramic kept at >=200 deg.C in air, the surface of a metal or ceramic is treated while the polyalkylene glycol on the surface of a metal or ceramic is positively decomposed thermally and converted into sludge which is slightly attached to the surface and deposited on it, consisting of a compounded material of the thermal decomposition product and the above-mentioned fluorine anion. |
