PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric film suitable for use as a dielectric material for condenser, etc. which is made of fluorovinylidene family polymer prepared by soldifying molten material, has alpha type crystal structure, improved in electrical physical property and optical characteristic and characrerized in that it is not shrunk, even if it is heated. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric film is prepared by solidifying molten fluorovinylidene family polymer which is highly fluidic oriented and it is made of fluorovinylidene family polymer primarily composed of fluorovinylidene and its crystal structure is primarily of alpha type and its molecular axis in the area of crystal is substantially parallel to the surface of the film and its degree of orientation, pi, is between 0.8 and 1.0 and it is not shrunk even if it is heated from room temperature up to near its melting point. |
