PURPOSE:To produce economically aluminum shots by crashing, grinding, sieving, cleaning and drying aluminum slug to separate metal aluminum particles therefrom. CONSTITUTION:In crashing process 1, aluminum slag is crashed and ground, and in the next sieving process 2 particles of the slag having 0.5mm.-0.8mm. diameters are segregated. In the cleaning process 3, oxide attached to the surface of metal aluminum particles is removed, and in the rinsing process 4 chemical fluid used in the previous process is removed. Further, the slag is made aluminum shots through the drying process 5 and used for shot blast agent for shot blast or the like. |
