摘要 The invention relates to an arrangement for structural elements for machines, apparatuses, containers and installations, whose design is dependent on two dimensional ratios x, y which at the same time have a parabolic (a) and a hyperbolic (b) shape and intersect at two marked points A, B in Figure 1, at which the structure is designed. With further new arrangements, the two points of intersection result either structurally, in shape or in their effect, in an optimum design strength and a significant saving in material. The application of this invention to components whose technological strength runs parabolically or hyperbolically results, for example on a thick-walled circular ring plate (1) having a central pipe (2) subject to a surface load p and a pipe longitudinal force P as in Figure 2, whose conventional pipe wall thickness s is increased according to the invention to the dimension s2, in a considerable saving of material in the plate thickness s1 and a saving of time in processing. <IMAGE>
