PURPOSE:To cure the titled molding at room temperature, by contacting an organohydrogenpolysiloxane with an unvulcanized silicone molding comprising a composition prepared by adding a platinum catalyst to an organopolysiloxane containing an aliphatic unsaturated group. CONSTITUTION:A composition is formed from 100pts.wt. diorganopolysiloxane with an average degree of polymerization >=1,000, represented by the formula, wherein R's are each a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, and at least two of them are aliphatic unsaturated groups, and a is a positive number of 1.98-2.01, a platinum compound catalyst (0.1-1,000, preferably 1-200ppm (in terms of Pt) per 100pts.wt. above component, and 5- 100pts.wt. fine filler powder (e.g., silica hydrogel) of a specific surface area >=50m<2>/g. This composition is molded, and the produced unvulcanized silicone rubber molding is cured at room temperature by contact with an organohydrogenpolysiloxane. |
