PURPOSE:To enable a working machine to be moved from and to the site, either before or after constructing a foundation, by building bridges over the surface of ground, to be higher than the levee crown of the foundation across grooves, after the grooves for constructing the foundation on the surface of ground are excavated. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 2 for constructing a foundation 7 on the surface 1 of ground are excavated, and bridges 5 are built to be higher than the levee crown of the foundation 7 across the grooves 2. Rubbles are cast in the grooves 2 by a back-hoe, and the foundation 7 is constructed in the grooves 2 including the lower section of the bridges 5. By this method, either before or after constructing the foundation 7, the back-hoe can cross the bridge 5 to move from and to the site surrounded by the foundation 7, and so the work of the foundation can be efficiently executed.
