PURPOSE:To carry powder while weighing by weighing a weighing tank and a rotary blade feeder through a load cell. CONSTITUTION:A weighing tank 3 and a second rotary blade feeder 4 are supported on a common base 7 through a load cell 6 to be wighed. First rotary blade feeder 2 will stop rotation by a signal from the load cell 6 when the amount in said tank 3 has exceeded approximately by 10% from the specific throw-in amount. The rotary rotor in the second rotary blade feeder will discharge approximately 90% of the specific amount while weighing through the load cell 6 into a precoat material feed tank then the rotation is lowered to approximately to 1/10 thus to discharge the remaining 10%. |
