PURPOSE:To attain the real time processing with a simple constitution, by eliminating the combination of marging bits where the number of consecutive 0-bit is not within a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:All marging bits are outputted to numerals F1, B2 in a read only memory 17 and marging bits excluding the combination with X-mark to the numerals F1, B2 are outputted in a read only memory 18. Since inadequate margin bits are excluded from the read only memories 17, 18 in advance as mentioned above, no consideration on such a point is paid to in the calculation process, allowing to reduce the calculating time. |
