PURPOSE:To carry out automatically work positioning necessary for the measurement and correction of bending by holding the work between belts that connect a driving pulley and driven pulleys that open and close fanwise and providing a mechanism that inverts the work by driving of the belts. CONSTITUTION:A long-sized work having an irregular sectional form, etc. is carried to the center of belts 8, 9 having open upper parts. The work is put on a work lift and bending is measured. After lifting the work 30 from a fixed receiving stand, a cylinder 21 is operated to close clamp frames 10, 11, and the work 30 is held by the belts 8, 9. At this time, driven pulleys 6, 7 go down by pushing a compression spring 16, and the belts 8, 9 come into press contact with the work 30 and bent. A motor 2 is rotated when a motor 1 of a driving pulley 3 is rotated and the motor 1 side of the work 30 is slightly lifted. Then, the work 30 starts inversion with movement of the belts 8, 9. |
