PURPOSE:To enable to regulate the rotating speed of a motor by controlling the current flowed through the motor by connecting the motor and the variable resistor using a conductor having high resistivity in parallel with each other. CONSTITUTION:A motor 1 and a variable resistor 3 using a conductor having high resistivity are connected in parallel with a power source 3. Thus, the motor 2 has small load resistance, cannot be regulated at the current directly by the normal variable resistor, but the current can be controlled directly by the variable resistor 3 of a conductor having high resistivity, thereby enabling to control the speed per unit second of the motor 1. |
