PURPOSE:To rigidly secure a field coil by securing the field coil wound in the circumferential recess of a cylindrical body between both axial ends of the recess by a pressing unit installed between the axial ends of the recess. CONSTITUTION:A field coil 1 wound in the circumferential recess 3 of a cylindrical body 3 is secured by a retaining ring and a spacer in the same manner as the conventional one, and also by a pressing unit 2b mounted in the recess 3b continuously longitudinal direction to a pressing unit 2a. The unit 2b is press- fitted to the slot formed on the outer periphery of the body 3, and constructed to press the coil 1. In this manner, the field coil can be rigidly secured. |
