Treatment of salty and heavy soils

Treatment consists of applying a K based fertiliser, pref. together with a silicon cpd., in spring before sowing the plants for cultivation. Application is carried out 40 days before sowing, when the heaviness index of the soil is 45-50, and 15-20 days before sowing, when the index exceeds 50. - Application is for fields where maize or sunflowers are to be grown.
