PURPOSE:To set the impedance matching to an optimum state, by providing an impedance adjusting mechanism which is coupled electrically with a coplanar line. CONSTITUTION:A microwave semiconductor element 5 is matched to a signal source and a load by input/output matching circuits 2, 3 and 6, and the amplifier gain is obtained. Coplanar lines 10, 11 and matching adjusting plates 12, 13 are coupled by a high frequency electric field, respectively, and by changing this coupling quantity, that is to say, by changing a distance l between the coplanar lines 10, 11 and the matching adjusting plates 12, 13, the matching can be sufficiently executed. |
