PURPOSE:To eliminate the oiling of a wrist watch and to reduce maintenance expenses necessary for a user by coating a shaft as one of the constituent annular parts of the propagating mechanism of the watch with MoS2. CONSTITUTION:A rotor pinion 1 is held by metal 4 at the positions of cogs 1a. A bush is placed under a magnet 2 set around the pinion 1. The outsides of the cogs 1a are coated with MoS2 so as to reduce friction with the shaft holes in the metal 4. The thrust section 1b of the pinion is also coated with MoS2 so as to reduce friction with the metal 4. |
