PURPOSE:To reduce the number of constituting elements, by constituting the slave FF with the second a pair of METR and the master FF with the first a pair of multiemitter transistors METR. CONSTITUTION:The master FF part A is constituted with METRT1, T2 and resistances R1, R2, R5, R6, and clock signal is fed to the emitters e11, e21 from the terminal 3 and the information input signal is fed to the emitters e12, e22 from the terminals 1, 2. On the other hand, the slave FF C is constituted with METRT3, T4, diodes D1, D2, and resistances R3, R4, the reference voltage is fed to the emitters e31, e41 from the terminal 7 and the emitters e32, e42 are connected to the base of TRT1, T2 via resistances R5, R6. The collector of TRT3, T4 is connected to the signal output terminals 4, 5, and the emitters e13, e23 of TRT1, T2 are connected to the collector via the diodes D1, D2. Further, with the conditions of input signal and clock signal, the transfer and storage of information between FF part A and FF part C are performed. With this constitution, the number of elements can be less and occupied area can be reduced in circuit integration. |
