The invention relates to a clamp for assembling profiled parts. The clamp 10 comprises two parts 12, 16 which interact via complementary guiding means 20, 22 in such a way as to move in a transverse translational motion with respect to the profiled part 32 in which the clamp is received, when the tightening screw 24 is acted upon. The parts 12, 16 comprise hooks 14, 18 which jut out into a lateral channel 38 of a second profiled part 36. A return spring 30 is arranged around the screw 24 between the parts. Application to the manufacture of shop structures, of exhibition stands, of contemporary furniture or office partitions. <IMAGE>
