PURPOSE:To lengthen a resident time and to improve combustion efficiency, by a method wherein waste liquid containing an organic matter is added as a binder to dust containing unburnt carbon to granulate it, and the granules are charged onto a fludizied bed for recombustion. CONSTITUTION:A ganulating device 13 is connected to a dust selecting pipe 12 of a first dust collector 5, and is connected to MBC 1 and CBC 2 through granule conveying lines 14 and 15, respectively. The granulating device 13 mixes a binder and dust together to granulate the mixture by a pressing and press extrusion method. A waste fluid, containing an organic matter, such as waste theriac, waste fluid in the alcohol production, waste pulp liquor is used as a binder, the surface of a dust grain is activated by the contact with dust to promote a granulating effect, and a large effect for handling is obtd. The glanules are is charged into the MBC 1 and/or CBC 2 in a condition to hold an sufficient glanular shape, and the glanules obtaining a solidfying strength resulting from reaction, are burnt in a condition while holding glanular shape even during combustion in a combustion furnace, thereby improving the combustion effect of the glanules. |
