PURPOSE:To reduce the core loss of the transformer stably and positively, and to prevent power loss and the generation of noises by using a directional electromagnetic steel plate of which the value of the ratio of magnetic flux density to permeability at 1.7T of the steel plate employed for the transformer is kept within a predetermined range. CONSTITUTION:The value of the ratio muC/muL of magnetic flux density muC in the direction of rolling and rectangular direction of magnetic flux density at 1.7 tesla of the blank steel plate used for the transformer to permeability muL in the direction of rolling is kept within a range of 3X10<-3>-11X10<-3>. The generation of distorted-wave magnetic flux, etc. generated due to the bending, etc. of magnetic flux is prevented by using the directional electromagnetic steel plate, the value of the ratio muC/muL thereof is kept within the predetermined range, as the transformer. Core loss is stably reduced positively, and the power loss of the transformer is cut down while the generation of noises is prevented. |
