PURPOSE:To obtain an IC device, which can discriminate the generation of trouble just when a trouble is generated by providing the inside of the same package with one or more of operating circuits, a circuit for comparison, which has the same constitution as said circuits and operates in the same manner as for said circuits, a detecting circuit detecting the non-coincidence of outputs with these circuits and a display circuit displaying non-coincidence. CONSTITUTION:The second circuit 12 for comparison having the quite same constitution as a first circuit 11 is connected to the first circuit 11 generating predetermined outputs to each input IN while making inputs common, and an output control signal EN is each inputted to these circuits. These corresponding outputs are inputted to exclusive OR gates 13 and 14, and outputs from the gates are transmitted over an OR gate 15. An output CHK from the gate 15 and the output control signal EN are added to an AND gate 16, an output ER from the gate 16 is transmitted over a filter 17, an output SET from the filter is inputted to an FF18 connected to a clear circuit 19, and an output ALM from the FF is displayed by an indicator 20. Accoringly, trouble is easily discovered. |
