PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive winding which is easy to be manufacrured, by using a laminate of a plurality of heat-resisting polyamide and a B stage type sheet-shaped adhesive resin as an end-section insulator when a conductor is wound in a multilayered manner through an interlayer insulator and the end- section insulators are set up at both end sections of each layer of a winding body. CONSTITUTION:Duct rails 12 are fixed on the outer circumference of an insulator cylinder 11 at regular intervals along the circumferential directon, and the conductor 13 such as a flat-type wire is wound on the duct rails through the interlayer insulator 14 in the multilayered manner. The end-section insulators 15 are disposed at both end sections of each layer during the formation of the winding proper at that time. The insulator 15 is conformed to the thickness of the conductor 13, and a heat-resisting polyamide board 15a blended with rock wool or the laminate pasted together interposing the B stage type sheet-shaped adhesive resin 15b among the boards 15a is used as the insulator 15. An epoxy resin, a silicon resin or the like is impregnated into the whole, and heated and cured. Accordingly, the winding having both mechanical strength and flexibility is obtained without using a die. |
