The anti-theft device in a two-wheeled vehicle, in particular a bicycle, is arranged with rod-shaped construction with an acoustic or visual warning signal generator in the hollow frame of the bicycle. For this purpose, the batteries are arranged on a rectangular strip in the lower region of said bicycle and the alarm generator in its upper region. The alarm generator contains a contact trigger in the form of a preferably cylindrical housing in which a pole is present in the form of a pin and the other pole is present in the form of the interior housing wall, and a movable metal element, in particular metal sphere, is present as contact maker and can electrically connect the pin to the interior wall of the housing. <IMAGE>
