In a disc-type milling cutter with interchangeable cutting edges, the cutting edges are brazed to cutting-edge holders whose remote surfaces in contact with the disc body have a bore into which a pin can be inserted. Due to this pin, the same position of the entire construction element can be reproduced time after time when the cutting edges are exchanged, so that a uniformly precise milling quality is obtained even after the exchange of cutting edges or entire construction elements.
