Elongated lighting fixture, preferably a ceiling lighting fixture, for non-glare illumination of workplaces, in particular of video workstations. It has a louvre reflector with transverse vanes which reflect light effectively and whose regions - called A regions - averted from the lower light exit opening of the louvre reflector are assigned reflection-reducing means for achieving the freedom from glare. In order to increase the efficiency of the lighting fixture, only at least in each case one subregion of the A regions of the transverse vanes is constructed to reduce reflection and/or means are provided which shade the reflection of the A regions only partially. |
