PURPOSE:To adhere firmly auxiliary cores made of a (non)magnetic body to a main core made of a magnetic body and to prevent stripping or other trouble by interposing thin films which are smaller than each of the opposite faces of the cores in area between the main core and each of the auxiliary cores, and filling formed gaps with an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:When a main core 1 made of a magnetic body such as ''Sendust '' and auxiliary cores 2, 3 made of a magnetic body such as ferrite are joined together, magnetic thin films 7, 7 are formed on each of the faces of the cores 2, 3 to be joined to the core 1 by vapor deposition or other method. The films 7, 7 are smaller than each of the faces to be joined in area. The core 1 is held between the cores 2, 3, and an instantaneous curing adhesive is injected into minute gaps formed with the films 7. Since the adhesive penetrates well the gaps, it spreads over the faces to be joined, and firm bonding is carried out. The cores 2, 3 may be made of a nonmagnetic body, the films 7 may be nonmagnetic, and thin films may be formed on both sides of the core 1. |
