PURPOSE:To prevent the influence of an installation place and the influence of an external noise and to enhance the precision, by calculating a coordinate position on a basis of the distribution state of an electromotive force generated in an induction coil. CONSTITUTION:Plural conductors 1- are arranged at intervals of a certain length on an array board, and all conductors 1- have one ends connected and short-circuited and have the other ends connected to switches M1-Mn for every prescribed number of conductors. Outputs of switches M1-Mn are connected alternately and become the input signal of an amplifier A. Consequently, the electromotive force induced in the loop constituted with two conductors is inputted to the amplifier A. Switches M1-Mn and conductors are switched successively to input the output of the amplifier A to a sample holding circuit SH, and the output is inputted to a microprocessor MCP through an AD converter AD, and the position of the induction coil, namely, the center position of the coil is calculated. |
