PURPOSE:To obtain a conveyor with a mechanism, through which a lead frame is carried while its carrying is made sure, by providing a photosensor, a drive section generating a gate signal and a carrying deciding section transmitting a carrying confirming signal. CONSTITUTION:The photosensor 8 for detecting positioning holes 5 differentiates a signal in case of a transfer to the state of an ''absence'' of the lead frame from the state of a ''presence'' on the passage of the positioning holes 5, and transmits the edge detecting signal 13 of the positioning holes 5. The drive section 7 is provided with a timing cam 9 synchronizing with the operation of the carrying of the lead frame 1 and a photosensor 10, and transmits the gate signal 12 obtained from the timing cam 9 and the photosensor 10 just before a carrying pawl 6 completes operation through which the lead frame 1 is forwarded. The operation of carrying and the position of carrying can be made sure by the gate signal 12. The carrying deciding section 11 is constituted while including an AND circuit, and transmits the carrying confirming signal 14 only when the gate signal 12 and the edge detecting signal 13 of the positioning holes 5 from the photosensor 8 synchronize and are inputted. |
