An infrared image disk for a photographic, cine or television camera having a reflex finder and an active infrared range finder is specified, in which in order to reduce weight and production costs and to avoid visible structures in the reflex finder there is present in the surface of the infrared image disk, preferably approximately in the centre thereof, an approximately wedge-shaped incision, of which one wedge piece inclined acutely towards the surface forms a totally reflecting mirror surface for an infrared ray that is incident essentially at right angles to the surface of the infrared image disk. <IMAGE>
