PURPOSE:To enable to control a motor at a high speed and to suppress the vibration of the motor at the stopping time by providing a brake circuit which varies in impedance. CONSTITUTION:A brake circuit 4 is connected in parallel through diodes 5a- 5d to respective motor coils 2a-2d. When the motor is controlled at high speed rotation, a signal is not inputted to input terminals I1, I2 up to the step before the final step, the motor is controlled, and a signal is inputted to the terminals I1, I2 at the final step to control. In this manner, the motor can be controlled by sufficiently following up to the high speed, the surge voltage generated at that time can be absorbed by a brake circuit 4, and a large brake force is applied at the stopping time in the final step, thereby smoothly stopping the motor. |
