PURPOSE:To enable a correct angle adjustment to be achieved easily and enhance efficiency of the assembling operation, by radiating laser beam to a stripe filter and a deflection electrode and using the obtained diffraction pattern in order to conduct the angle adjustment of said filter and electrode. CONSTITUTION:This optical system is set up as follows; a laser generator 31 and a light sensor 32 which is placed in front of the generator 31 are disposed in the direction which intersects orthogonally the axis of a tube body supporter 30; also a laser generator 34 has an optical axis 332 which is in parallel with the tube axis and intersects orthogonally the optical axis 331 of the generator 31; and in front of the generator 34, a space filter 35, a lens 35 and a light sensor 37 are disposed somewhat under the optical axis 331. Angle adjustment between a face plate 2 provided with a stripe filter 3 and a deflection electrode 15 can be achieved by setting up respective light sensors 32, 37 at a certain angle in which the peak value is obtained. Consequently, the angle adjustment between the stripe filter and the deflection electrode can be achieved very easily, moreover, high-precisely. |
