PURPOSE:To enable the automation of the positioning of the work and to improve workability and the safety of operations by providing a pawl metal which is designed to the engaged with the hooking and rotating part unexposed on the top surface of the work to a positioning jig. CONSTITUTION:When a revolving shaft 3 is lowered toward the work W' conveyed to a positioning stage (b), the projecting shaft 11b of a positioning jig 11 fits into the shaft hole W'2 of the work W'. Then the lower slope of the pawl 12a of a metal 12 contacts with the top edge part of the hole W'2 and compresses a compression coil spring 14 inward while sliding on said part, then the shaft is pushed in. The shaft 11b is lowered until its bottom end contacts with a press bed B. Thereupon the shaft 3 rotates 360+alpha deg. counterclockwise and the pawl 12a engages with the key groove W'1 of the work W'; therefore, the key groove W'1 is advanced to a prescribed position S and is stopped. |
