PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an adhesive tape by carrying the film carrier by using an endless tape of no tackiness when steel foil is fitted to a tape carrier, a resist is printed to the steel foil and a pattern of steel foil is formed. CONSTITUTION:A film carrier fixing-surface tape 4 of no tackiness is superposed on the back on which there is not steel-foil pattern 3 of the film carrier with predetermined width and thickness. That is, the tape 4 is constituted endlessly, and passed and circulated in a washer 8 while applying tension through a sprocket wheel 5 and a guide plate groove 6. The film carrier is moved simultaneously while downward directing the steel foil along the lower surface of the tape 4 at that time, and the pattern 3 is formed to the steel foil by using a printer 10 in the process and dried by a drier 7. The film carrier and the tape 4 are separated, the tape 4 is washed in the device 8, and the tape 4 is used repeatedly several times. Accordingly, curves are not also generated in the finger sections 1 of the film carrier. |
