PURPOSE:To attain the shading correction, by detecting a temperature near a CCD image sensor and obtaining information uniforming the dispersion in bits from an address of a memory corresponding to the temperature, in an original reader such as a facsimile device or the like. CONSTITUTION:The CCD image sensor 14 reads a light of a fluorescent light 12 reflected on an original 1, performs sequentially photoelectric conversion, outputs the light to an amplifier 15, and is inputted to a DA multiplier 21 after amplification, and the level of the signal is higher at the center because of the uneven light amount of a fulorescent light and dispersed at each bit. A detector 16 outputs sequentially temperature information of the CCD image sensor 14 to an A/D converter 17, from which a converted digital signal is outputted. An address counter 18 outputs an address designating output according to a clock pulse from a terminal 19, the address designation corresponding to each bit of the amplifier 15 is performed with the signal and the output of the A/D converter 17, the information correcting the bit output corresponding to each address is read out from a memory 20, multiplied with an output of the converter 17 at a DA multiplier 21 and the bit dispersion is corrected. |
