The invention relates to a hydraulic engine equipped with a hydraulic pressure generator unit serving for propelling the engine and for supplying hydraulic energy to hydraulic tools. The engine is characterised in that the hydraulic pressure generator unit (1) is mounted on a wheeled vehicle, and in that at least two of the wheels (3, 4) of this vehicle are each driven by a hydraulic motor (5) fed by the pressure generator unit (1).
