PURPOSE:To make the temp. of a steel sheet and the pressure in a furnace controllable exactly to set values at a high speed, by adding the signal having a time advance or lag in accordance with the change in the passing speed of the steel sheet to the set signal of a fluid flow controller for control temp. and an output signal of controller for pressure in the furnace. CONSTITUTION:The result calculated by passing the above-mentioned signal through a detector 21 for sheet speed and a feed forward model 22 is added to the output signal of a controller 7 for sheet temp. with an adder 23, and is inputted as a flow rate controller 8 for a temp. controlling fluid as a set signal thereof. The signal is compared and calculated with the value detected with a flow rate detector 9 in the controller 8, and the result thereof is applied to a flow rate control valve 10, thereby controlling the plate temp. The change in the pressure in the furnace by the above-mentioned control is detected with a detector 11, and is compared, controlled and calculated with the set value in a controller 12 for the pressure in the furnace. The result thereof is conducted to an adder 27. The synthesized signal of the result obtd. by passing the set signal for the flow rate of the temp. controlling fluid and calculating the same and the result obtd. by passing the traveling speed through a feed forward model 24 and calculating the same is added to the output signal of the controller 12 in the adder 27, and the result thereof is added to a control valve 13. As a result, the pressure in the furnace is controlled to a prescribed value. |
