PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction caused by noise, by providing a sensor for detecting a human body on the front of a device, in a heading device provided with a voice recognizing device, and operating the voice recognizing device only when a man exists in front. CONSTITUTION:When a sensor 10 detects a human body, a human body detecting means 24 outputs a human body detecting signal DET to a parameter comparing part 22 of a voice recognizing means 19. A ready display part 11 is lighted by a ready signal RDY from the parameter comparing part 22 of the voice recognizing means 19, and the ready signal is outputted only when the human body detecting signal DET from the human body detecting means 24 is outputted to the parameter comparing part 22. In this way, only when a man exists in front of the device, the voice recognition is operated, and also it is displayed by the ready display part that reception can be executed, therefore, a malfunction caused by noise is prevented, and also a user can execute the operation by a voice free from care. |
