PURPOSE:To obtain a stable, efficient equipment by arranging a highly heat conductive thermostatic block, a heat source for maintaining it at a specified temperature and an air blowing duct adapted to pass a stable air therethrough to be connected thereto and a reaction tube movable at the air outlet of the duct. CONSTITUTION:A heater block 6 incorporating a heater 5 is connected to the bottom of a highly heat conductive thermostatic block 3 having a concave groove 4 wrapping a reaction tube 1 contactlessly. Then, an air blowing block 8 having an air blowing duct 7 is provided below the heater block and an air outlet 7b of the air blowing duct 7 opened at the bottom of the grooves 4. When an air with a relatively stable temperature is sent into an air inlet 7a through an air blowing tube 10, it is controlled to the set temperature with a control circuit (not illustrated) while passing through the air blowing duct 7, reaches the air outlet 7b and then, flows upward from the bottom of the reaction tube 1. This allows the temperature of the reaction tube 1 to rise to a specified level quickly while being stabilized. Besides, the reaction tube 1 will not be polluted. |
