A 90 DEG rotatable lock member is disclosed for releasably locking a container to the bolster of a chassis. The lock member shank has upper and lower bearing supports and is provided with an offset captive, but removable, handle. The handle has open and closed positions and is spring-biased into niches defining each of said positions for the handle. |
