The present invention relates to improvements to mills for obtaining multure and flours. Improvements characterised, especially, in that the drive motor 3 of the turning mill 2 is housed in a self-supporting bodywork 7 formed by two shells 7' assembled together by a median belt 12, in that the linking part 13 between the multure chamber 14 and the bodywork 7 is constituted by an attached part, in that the electric control and security members 4 are housed in a removable manner in a casing 15 which is securely attached to the bodywork 7 and closed by a removable cover 16, and the link between these members 4 and the motor 3 is made by means of a plug-in connector 17, in that the blocking device of the base plate of the grinder 1 is a concentric belt 19, and in that the outlet spout 11 is equipped at its free end with a device 17 for fixing receptacles by screwing. <IMAGE>
