The method for protecting living beings from disturbed electromagnetic fields and rays, in particular for protecting living beings in an inhabited space, is characterised in that a determination is first made of the wavelength and the direction of the disturbed magnetic field, considered to be harmful, and in that there is arranged perpendicular to the rectilinear vector of the latter at least one small "brick" having "antenna properties" and intended to direct the lines of force of this disturbed magnetic field outside the abovementioned inhabited space or, at the very least, outside a defined zone of the latter.
