PURPOSE:To speedily form a winding with accurately aligned turns, by causing a core with a multiplicity of slots to make a horizontal motion and a vertical motion in synchronism with each other so that the slots rotate around a nozzle which moves back and forth while feeding a wire. CONSTITUTION:A core 7 with a multiplicity of slots 8 repeats a reciprocation at an angle of 30 deg.. In synchronism with this movement of the core 7, the slots 8 repeat a vertical motion so as to rotate around nozzles 2 each feeding a wire 3. Further, each nozzle 2 is adapted to advance and retract with the advancing and retracting movements of a nozzle base 1, so that the wire 3 will not be undesirably wound on the same part of a slot 8 but properly wound in layers with accurately aligned turns. Upon completion of windings for a first slot 8, the core 7 rotates 30 deg. to wind the wire 3 on a subsequent slot 8. In addition, a plurality of slots are simultaneously wound with the wires 3. It is thereby made possible to speedily form a winding with accurately aligned turns. |
