PURPOSE:To provide a desensitizing agent for non-carbon copy paper suitable for not only letterpress printing but also wet offset printing, by using a compound prepared by subjecting propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to addition reaction with bisphenol A in a specific mole ratio or less with respect to said bisphenol A. CONSTITUTION:A compound obtained by ading 30mol or less, pref. 5-20mol propylene oxide and/or ethylene oxide to one mole bisphenol A and shown by formula (wherein R1-R4 are H or methyl; k, l, m, n are 0-15 and k+1+M+ n=2-30) is used as a desensitizing agent. EFFECT:The bleeding of the desensitizing agent to a non-printed part is prevented, an yellowing or a malodorous problem is avoided and the synthesis thereof is easy. |
