摘要 PURPOSE:To tune numerical control accurately for a short time by setting up an aperiodic state as an absolute position value on the circumference of a cylinder through a command. CONSTITUTION:A preset up/down counter PRC in a control unit SCU1 sets up the contents of data bus (gdb) at the front edge of a signal ns1 from a sensor NS1 and adds/subtracts the contents by a pulse signal pg1. The data bus (pdb) of the counter PRC is inputted to the succeeding binary data adder ADD2, and an output data bus (ddb) from a numeral setting switch PSW for the movement of a reference point is converted through a data code converter DBC and connected to the other input of the adder DD2 as an output data bus (sdb). The switch PSW sets up a reference point corresponding to a production sheet as an absolute value from a mechanical reference point of a rotary cylinder, and when the value is a positive value, the reference point is delayed from the mechanical reference point by the value. When the value is a negative value, the reference point is advanced from the mechanical reference point by the value.
