PURPOSE:To actuate a recording amplifier at its minimum amplitude to reduce the distortion and voltage of the recording amplifier by limiting an output signal from an FM modulator at its band and forming a square wave signal again through an amplitude limiter. CONSTITUTION:A converted FM signal is extracted at its high frequency component by an HPF6, removed at the high frequency component by an LPF20 and then supplied to a mixer 7. The other output of an AGC is extracted its color signal in a video signal by the HPF or a BPF12, converted into a low frequency area by a frequency converting circuit 13 then only a necessary component is extracted by an LPF14 and mixed with the FM signal in the mixer 7. The amplitude limiter 21 is inserted in order to convert the waveform of a signal to be inputted to the recording amplifier 8 into a square wave and the LPF20 is connected to the prior position of the amplitude limiter 21 in order to prevent the enter of a high frequency component of the upper band wave of the FM signal into the band of a low frequency conversion color signal by passing through the amplitude limiter 21. |
