PURPOSE:To make it possible to have an on-line simulation test at any time and in any place, by incorporating a process simulator into a process computer. CONSTITUTION:When an input/output request is delivered from a control system 2 to be tested of a process computer 1, an input/output controller CT5 calculates the type, group, point, etc. of an input/output signal and refers to an input/ output simulation SM mapping table 8. If the mapping designation is equal to a real signal, an input/output signal is requested to an external input/output device 3. In case of an SM signal, referring to an input/output state table 7, the data is transferred to a system 2 from the designated position in case of an input/output signal; while an output data on the output group and point is written in case of an output signal respectively. An input/output state monitor 9 delivers the input/output state and the mapping state to a display device 12 and monitors them. At the same time, the type, etc. of the table 7 is rewritten by a setting device 13 via a simulation controller SMCT10. Then the initial information on the table 8 is set via an input state setting device CT11. |
