PURPOSE:To provide sensibility for discontinuity in all applicable plugs by using the voltage, which is generated at the accessory contact of key switch, as a source of the power to actuate a discontinuity sensor circuit and thereby sensing the voltage of a pullup resistance. CONSTITUTION:If the movable contact 3 of a key switch 2 is turned on, a timer circuit 12 will take the L level for a certain fixed while to supply current to a glow plug. In case all glow plugs 7 are disconnected, the key switch 2 is operated to put only accessory contact 4 on, and at this stage current flows through a resistance 18 and a diode 19 to actuate a transistor 14 and deactuate a transistor 15. When in this condition the ignition contact 5 is turned on, a transistor 9 is actuated to light up a discontinuity indicator lamp 10, which informs that all the glow plugs are in discontinuity. |
