PURPOSE:To enhance the oil separating efficiency of oil particles in lubrication oil within the bottom of a closed container and in a coolant gas for restricting oil shortage, and as well to aim at enhancing the performance and reliability of the entire device, by changing the direction of the stream of coolant gas in the closed type container, in several times. CONSTITUTION:A discharge chamber 15 is of a closed type without a discharge pipe being provided in an upper lid part 12a of a closed container, and the outer peripheral parts of stationary scroll 1 and frame 11, in their parts securingly fitted into a barrel part 12b of the closed container, are formed with a passage 20 extending through the discharge chamber 15 and a motor chamber 17 in the lower part of the frame 11. A discharge passage guide 19 for changing the flowing direction of discharge gas is projectingly provided at the outer peripheral part of the opening 18a of a discharge pipe 18 which is connected to the barrel part at the position radially opposite to the passage 20. With this arrangement, by changing the flowing direction of coolant gas in the closed container in several times as shown by the arrows, the oil separating efficiency of oil particles in lubrication oil within the bottom part of the closed container and in coolant, is enhanced so that oil shortage is restricted, the performance and reliablity of the compressor and as well of an entire refrigerating cycle unit may be enhanced. |
